Ron Helstern – A
nationally renowned carver with 24 years of woodcarving experience, Ron has a
passion for wood that shows in his work. Ron and his work have been showcased
on Minneapolis and Duluth television broadcasts, and in Log Home Design Ideas
and other magazines. Ron specializes in exquisite relief carvings, as well
as 3-D carved figures such as carousel horses and life sized big game animals.

Gen
Jansen – Gen Jansen has been carving for over 30 years. She has been teaching
carving to beginners and experts alike for almost as long, and takes pride in
the fact that she has introduced over 750 people to the joys of woodcarving. She
has won numerous awards at art and carving competitions throughout the upper
Midwest, and she has authored 6 books on carving instruction.
Roy Kosloski – An artist his
whole life, Roy has been actively carving for the last 10 years. His many
talents are displayed in the variety of his artwork including sculptures, relief
carvings, award-winning oil paintings and sketches. He creates his sculptures
and relief carvings in wood, clay and foam, and nature and wildlife are his favorite
subjects. His works have been exhibited and sold at numerous art
galleries around the upper Midwest.
